Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team as a lead installer and factory hand.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the installation of custom joinery projects with precision and attention to detail

  • Work collaboratively in the factory to craft high-quality joinery and furniture pieces

  • Handle both custom joinery and solid timber furniture work with confidence

  • Contribute to refining and improving systems and processes for better efficiency

  • Maintain high safety standards in the workshop and on-site installations

    Requirements:

  • Qualified Cabinet Maker with hands-on experience in both installation and factory work

  • Strong knowledge of solid timber furniture and joinery craftsmanship

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Passion for continuous improvement and collaboration

  • A commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient, and organised workspace
